All Shipping Addresses

To ensure successful delivery, please review and follow the shipping address requirements below:

• All shipping addresses must be written using Latin characters only.

• Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters, and Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters.

• We do not provide address validation services, so it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address provided is accurate and complete.

International Delivery

• A recipient’s phone number is required for all international deliveries to help ensure smooth and timely shipping.

PO Box Deliveries

• Delivery to PO boxes is recommended only within the United States.

• For international orders, delivery to PO boxes is not advisable and is done at the customer’s own risk.

• PO boxes vary in size. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product fits within their PO box. The largest available box size is 12" x 22.5" — items larger than this cannot be shipped to a PO box.

• Express Delivery is not available for PO box addresses. If Express Delivery is selected with a PO box address, the order will be shipped as standard delivery instead.

• First name: John (matching the name on the box)

• Last name: Smith (matching the name on the box)

• Address 1: PO Box 1776

• Zip code: 28034

• City: Dallas

• Country: United States

Shipping to or Within Germany

There are specific requirements for orders shipped to home addresses, parcel lockers (Packstation), or collection points (Paketfiliale/Paketshop) in Germany. Please ensure all details are correct to avoid delivery delays or returns.

Requirements for home delivery:

1. Recipient’s full name (first and last, matching the name on the building)

2. Street address and house number

3. Apartment number (if applicable)

4. Floor number (optional)

5. Zip code

6. Country

7. For business deliveries, the business name must appear clearly on the doorbell.

8. PO boxes cannot be used for deliveries to or within Germany.

Requirements for delivery to a parcel locker (Packstation):

• This option is only available within Germany.

• Deliveries to parcel lockers in other countries are not supported and will be returned to the sender.
